Fritz Harrell Honored With Blue Ribbon Certificate
On Sunday, December 16, 2007, Fritz Harrell was awarded a Blue Ribbon certificate for her caring, kind efforts to provide warm coats for fellow citizens in our Blue Ribbon Community through the Vision 2000 Coat Ministry at First United Methodist Church.
It is the mission of the Blue Ribbon Plan to salute those in our community striving to achieve blue ribbon standards for our community. It is only through the honorable efforts of our citizens that we continue to make Sedalia a blue ribbon place to live, to work, to learn and to visit.
