Ratliff Receives Blue Ribbon

On April 1, 2008, Amanda Ratliff, a student at Whittier High School, was presented a Blue Ribbon Certificate.  Ms. Ratliff was given the Blue Ribbon Certificate for volunteering over 300 hours in our community.
